Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date; cancellation stops future charges. No long-term contracts and no cancellation fees.
Medication shipments
Because prescription medications cannot legally be restocked or resold once dispensed, shipped medication is not returnable and is not eligible for a refund, except where required by law or in cases of a dispensing error or damaged shipment.
Unshipped orders
If you cancel before your medication has been dispensed by the pharmacy, you will receive a refund of any amount charged for that period, less any completed clinician consultation.
Errors & damaged shipments
If your medication arrives damaged, or you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Contact us using the details in the footer of this site. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of approval.
